Leasing Executive / Leasing consultant / property leasing / property consultant

We are seeking to hire a Leasing and Property Management Officer on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

Requirements:

· Minimum 4 years of experience in leasing and property management within the UAE.

· Valid UAE driving license.

· Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

· Strong ability to manage property files and follow up on contracts and related documentation.

· Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market.

Job Responsibilities:

· Marketing and leasing of residential and/or commercial properties.

· Following up on lease contracts, renewals, and rent collection.

· Coordinating with tenants and property owners.

· Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to management.

· Following up on maintenance issues, handover, and takeover procedures.
