Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and strategic
Leasing Manager
to join our dynamic team. The Leasing Manager will play a pivotal role in curating and maintaining the ultra-luxury tenant mix that defines Alhazm Mall. You will be responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies, identifying prospective high-end retail and F&B tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and fostering strong relationships with global luxury brands. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury retail market in the Middle East and a proven track record of successful mall leasing.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leasing
: Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies aligned with Alhazm Mall’s ultra-luxury positioning and business objectives.

Tenant Prospecting
: Proactively identify, target, and attract premium international and regional retail brands, fine dining establishments, and exclusive boutiques.

Negotiation & Contracting:
Lead negotiations for new leases, renewals, and expansions, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining strong tenant relationships. Oversee the preparation and execution of lease agreements.

Market Analysis
: Conduct continuous market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging luxury brands. Utilize insights to optimize the mall's tenant mix and maximize occupancy rates.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain robust networks with retail brands, brokers, and industry professionals. Act as the primary point of contact for key tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Financial Performance:
Work closely with the management team to achieve revenue targets, optimize rental income, and manage leasing budgets effectively.

Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and legal departments to ensure seamless tenant onboarding, store fit-outs, and compliance with mall regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a strong focus on luxury shopping malls or high-end retail developments in the Middle East (Qatar experience is highly preferred).

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.

Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the luxury retail landscape, consumer behavior, and market dynamics in the GCC region.
Skills:

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to close complex deals and manage multiple leasing projects simultaneously.

Network: Established relationships with international luxury brands, premium F&B operators, and retail groups.

Language: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
