LEASING MANAGER FOR REAL ESTATE COMPANY

We are expanding our team. We are looking for talented LEASING MANAGER to join our multi-awarded company who will be handling our rental properties.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

· Lead, mentor, train and develop a team of leasing professionals to achieve individual and collective targets.

· Manage the full leasing cycle, including marketing, client inquiries, property viewings, negotiations, and contract finalization.

· Ensure timely renewal, termination, and Ejari registration of all tenancy contracts.

· Maintain optimal occupancy rates across residential and commercial units.

· Analyze leasing performance metrics and market trends to optimize strategy and decision-making.

· Establish team KPIs, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a performance-driven culture.

· Ensure compliance with RERA and other local real estate regulations.

· Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and corporate clients.

· Coordinate with the Listing Admin for property advertising on portals (Bayut, Property Finder)

· Work with marketing teams to prepare high-quality property listing photos and videos.

· Ensure all leasing activities comply with RERA and DLD regulations.

· Support budgeting and revenue planning for the leasing department.

· Train junior leasing agents or brokers if in a supervisory role.

· Resolve lease disputes professionally and within legal frameworks.
