Leasing & Marketing Specialist

Our Leasing & Marketing Specialist position performs a broad range of simultaneous duties to include but not limited to:
*Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintains a professional courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers and the general public.

*Receive, investigate and resolve resident concerns. Meet with new residents and thoroughly explain their rights and responsibilities. Where applicable, coordinate social programs or other activities.

*Responsible for managing the leasing process and implementing marketing strategies. This role involves showcasing available units and conducting property tours. Additionally, this role will develop and execute marketing campaigns, utilizing social media, email marketing, and community outreach to attract prospective tenants. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for property management are essential.

*Entering of all daily activity to include move ins, move outs, renewals, notices and new leases.

*Conduct market analysis as directed by Supervisor.

*The ideal candidate must be able to address the concerns of the current residents in a friendly and professional manner. Customer service skills must be top notch.

This role is set up to position the employee to be promoted to Property Manager.

-2+ years’ experience working in Property Management (Multifamily preferred)

-Bilingual preferred but not required

-AppFolio experience preferred
-Reliable Transportation and Driver’s License required

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
