Leasing Professional / Leasing Agent

Keller Williams Showcase Properties is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Professional / Leasing Agent to join our high-performing Braintree office. This role is ideal for a customer-focused real estate professional who enjoys working with renters, property owners, and landlords to successfully lease residential properties.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full leasing process from inquiry to move-in
• Find and connect with property /homeowners/landlords
• Conduct property showings and open houses for rental listings
• Screen prospective tenants, review applications, and verify documentation
• Prepare and explain lease agreements and required disclosures
• Coordinate with landlords, property managers, and internal team members
• Market rental properties across MLS, online platforms, and social media
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with fair housing laws
• Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and property owners

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License
• Minimum of 1year of real estate experience
• Proficiency in GSuite and strong technical aptitude
• Flexible schedule

Compensation:

This is a full commission-based position with limitless earning potential.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
