Leasing Professional - Pavilions at Pantano Apartments

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team at Pavilions at Pantano in Tucson, Arizona. This role is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in property management and motivated to learn leasing, customer service, and sales in a multifamily environment.

We welcome both entry-level and experienced candidates. This role is structured to support individuals beginning their career in property management, as well as those with prior leasing experience who can contribute immediately. Compensation: $18 – $21 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses
