Leasing Real Estate Agent - Experienced in Dubai Market

We are seeking a RERA-certified Leasing Agent with proven experience in Dubai’s residential rental market to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory), along with a strong ability to close deals and deliver results in a competitive environment.

This role offers a high commission structure, making it perfect for motivated professionals looking to maximize their earnings and grow their career in Dubai real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert rental inquiries into successful leasing deals
• Conduct property viewings and present units professionally
• Manage and update listings on major portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiate rental terms and agreements effectively
• Stay updated on Dubai rental market trends and pricing
• Ensure all documentation and contracts are accurate and compliant

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate rentals
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory)
• RERA certified
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Confident, sales-driven personality
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
