Leasing Showing Agent

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and motivated Leasing Showing Agent to assist with property showings and leasing support for residential rental properties throughout Los Angeles. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, responsive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced leasing environment.

The Leasing Showing Agent will be responsible for meeting prospective tenants at properties, conducting showings, answering basic property questions, and helping move prospects through the leasing process. The ideal candidate understands the importance of customer service, punctuality, and strong follow-up in converting leads into completed applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person showings for available rental units
• Coordinate with prospective tenants to confirm appointments
• Arrive on time and ensure units are ready to be shown
• Provide accurate information on rent, deposits, amenities, qualifications, and move-in costs
• Answer prospect questions professionally and clearly
• Report prospect feedback after showings
• Encourage interested prospects to apply and assist with next steps
• Communicate with the leasing team regarding showing activity and lead quality
• Monitor showing schedules and notify team of cancellations, no-shows, or issues at the property
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company well at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing, real estate, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Punctual, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable using phone, text, email, and scheduling apps
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation required
• Familiarity with Los Angeles rental market is a plus
• Real estate license is a plus, but not required unless otherwise needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
