Administrative Property Manager
Location: Jenkintown, PA
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Additional Pay: Commission and bonuses
MANAGEMENT SA5 is a family-owned property management company overseeing more than 270 residential units in the Philadelphia area. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Property Manager to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle daily tenant relations, rent collection, and maintenance coordination
- Prepare leases, process applications, and manage property documentation
- Communicate with tenants, vendors, and city departments
- Promote rental vacancies and schedule showings (bonuses opportunities available as tier 1 to tier 4 - more details can be share on interview )

- Support management with office operations and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in property management or office administration
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Organized, dependable, and professional
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Buildium or Yardi is a plus
Schedule & Benefits:
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM ( showing on office hours 4pm to 5pm is an option)
