Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leather Artisan and Color Technician, based in Dubai. The role involves performing high-end leather restoration and repair, including cleaning, coloring, and refinishing of luxury bags, shoes, and other leather accessories. Day-to-day tasks include assessing damage, preparing items for repair, handling materials and tools with precision, and maintaining quality standards. Collaboration with team members and direct communication with clients to understand their needs are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in leather restoration, repair, and coloring techniques
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and craftsmanship
• Experience in handling luxury leather goods and high-end materials
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and understand their specific requirements
• Knowledge of leather care products and tools, as well as their proper usage
• Teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate with others in a workshop environment
• Prior experience as a leather artisan, cobbler, or in a related field is preferred
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet a variety of client requests
