Oversee all aspects of lease renewal process for existing residents in rent-stabilized and market rate buildings including

1) pricing and market analysis,

2) preparation of lease offers,

3) follow-up and negotiations,

4) projections and forecasting, and

5) lease signing and counter-signing. · Ensure all lease documentation and tenant files are accurate and compliant with applicable statutory regulations and requirements. ·

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
