Job Overview

Labour India B.Ed College is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mathematics Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong subject expertise, effective teaching skills, and a passion for training future educators. This role includes planning and delivering lectures, assessing student performance, and contributing to academic development within the institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics courses to B.Ed students following the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare and deliver engaging, student-centered lectures, tutorials, and assessments.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and innovative instructional strategies.
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, examinations, and classroom activities.
• Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students.
• Participate in academic committees, faculty meetings, and departmental activities.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with institutional guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Mathematics (M.Sc Mathematics) from a recognized university is required.
• M.Ed qualification is mandatory.
• NET/SET qualification preferred (if applicable to regional regulations).
• Prior teaching experience at the college or teacher-training level is an advantage.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and presentation skills.
• Commitment to academic excellence and professional ethics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
