Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and dismantle LED screens for events and permanent setups
• Diagnose and repair LED modules, power supplies, and receiving cards
• Operate video processors (Novastar, Colorlight, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance and quality checks
• Ensure smooth screen performance

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in analyzing and resolving technical issues
• Experience in maintaining, cleaning, repairing, and calibrating LED screens is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience with LED screens
• Knowledge of LED pixel pitches (P2.5, P3, P4, outdoor/indoor)
• Familiarity with video processors and mapping software
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in Arabic and English

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include familiarity with LED technology, understanding of electrical circuits and wiring. The ideal candidate should also have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
