Position Overview

The LEED Sustainability Specialist will be responsible for guiding projects through the LEED certification process, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards, and promoting green building practices. This role requires strong knowledge of LEED rating systems and a passion for environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the LEED certification process for various projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate sustainable practices into project designs.
• Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and submit documentation for LEED certification, including design and construction reviews.
• Stay updated on changes to LEED standards and sustainability trends in the industry.
• Provide training and support to project teams on sustainable design practices and LEED requirements.
• Develop sustainability reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• LEED AP (Accredited Professional) credential required.
• Minimum X years of experience in sustainability consulting or green building practices.
• Strong knowledge of LEED rating systems (BD+C, ID+C, O+M, etc.).
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Proficient in sustainability assessment tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
