NOW HIRING BUDTENDERS/SALES ASSOCIATES

Open availability required: mornings, nights, and weekends with ability to work 6-10 hour shifts.

Time management, dependability, and punctuality are required: Actively engage customers in a warm and welcoming manner, offer personalized recommendations and solutions, and drive product sales

Proficiency using point-of-sale systems and business communication applications Display integrity, attention to detail, and strong teamwork

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Skills

• Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Available

Wage: From $18.00 per hour + tips
