Job Description:

The in house role requires an ideal candidate to possess general corporate advisory experience, the ability to draft and review various agreements and contracts.

Mostly handling contracts and agreements independently and acting as team lead.

General corporate experience. Ability to handle in house transactions independently.

As a part of the highly regulated pharma industry, the job involves paying attention to detail and providing quality advice to stakeholders.

Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and function efficiently in dynamic environment is essential as also being solution oriented.

Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
