Legal Administrative Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Legal Administrative Assistant to support our legal team. This role requires strong organizational skills, legal document handling, and the ability to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist legal counsel with drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize legal files, contracts, and case records.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Liaise with government bodies, external counsel, and regulatory authorities as required.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma / Higher Diploma in Administration or related field (Legal background preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in legal/administrative support
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal document management systems
  • Strong English and/or Arabic language skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
