Job Purpose
To provide expert legal advice and support on all organizational matters to ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations. The role focuses on protecting the organization’s interests, minimizing legal risks, and ensuring that all decisions and operations are legally sound.
Key Responsibilities

Provide legal opinions and guidance on contracts, policies, and operational matters.

Draft, review, and revise agreements, MoUs, and internal documents to ensure legal accuracy and compliance.

Advise management on UAE Labor Law, Civil Law, and Commercial Law, particularly regarding employment, procurement, and regulatory issues.

Support HR in disciplinary actions, employment contracts, and dispute resolution.

Review and update internal policies, procedures, and templates from a legal perspective.

Represent or coordinate with external legal firms for litigation or arbitration cases when required.

Monitor and interpret legislative updates, court rulings, and government circulars affecting operations.

Conduct legal risk assessments and propose solutions to mitigate potential exposure.

Provide awareness sessions on compliance and legal best practices.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s Degree preferred).

Minimum
7 years
of experience in legal advisory or corporate legal affairs, preferably in the UAE.

Strong knowledge and practical experience with
UAE Labor Law
and related regulations.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in
English and Arabic
