Legal Advisor

The Legal Advisor will play a key role in supporting the firm s day-to-day operations and investment activity. The position involves handling a broad range of commercial and corporate legal matters, from drafting and negotiating contracts to advising on investment documentation and governance frameworks.

This role is suited to a commercially minded lawyer with strong experience in corporate or investment-related work who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, term sheets, NDAs, and other legal agreements.

• Manage and coordinate legal due diligence on potential investments.

• Advise on corporate structure, compliance, and regional regulatory requirements.

• Liaise with external counsel on complex or cross-border legal issues.

• Maintain internal legal documentation, templates, and policy frameworks.

• Support portfolio companies on governance, shareholder matters, and board documentation.
