Legal Advisor

Job Title: Legal Advisor (UAE Laws & Compliance)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Legal Advisor to join our company. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of UAE laws and regulations and provide accurate legal guidance to management across all business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on UAE laws, including commercial, labor, civil, corporate, and compliance matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and legal notices
• Ensure company compliance with UAE government authorities (MOHRE, DED, Courts, Police, Insurance, etc.)
• Handle legal disputes, claims, and court-related documentation
• Liaise with external lawyers, legal consultants, and government entities
• Advise management on legal risks and risk mitigation strategies
• Monitor changes in UAE laws and update company policies accordingly
• Support HR and Operations on labor law issues, terminations, warnings, and disputes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s Degree preferred)
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Legal Advisor in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, Commercial Law, Civil Law, and Corporate Law
• Experience working with UAE courts and government authorities
• Excellent contract drafting and legal documentation skills
• Ability to provide clear legal opinions and practical solutions
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or corporate sector.
• Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and corporate governance
• Valid UAE residency (preferred)
