Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Advisor with proven experience appearing before civil courts, consumer forums, and criminal courts. The role involves providing legal advice, handling litigation matters, and ensuring compliance with legal standards while delivering effective dispute-resolution strategies for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and counsel on consumer protection, civil, and criminal law matters
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents including petitions, complaints, notices, contracts, and agreements
• Appear and represent clients before civil courts, consumer forums, and criminal courts as required
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on laws, amendments, and judicial precedents
• Prepare case strategies, pleadings, and documentation in coordination with clients
• Handle negotiations and settlements in consumer disputes
• Manage legal correspondence, notices, and case communications
• Ensure timely filing, tracking, and follow-up of cases, appeals, and hearings
• Maintain strict confidentiality and provide client-focused legal solutions

Expertise Required:

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) with a valid license to practice
• Hands-on experience appearing before civil courts, consumer forums, and criminal courts
• Strong knowledge of consumer protection laws, criminal law, civil law, and procedural codes
• Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (regional languages are an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently
• High ethical standards and attention to detail

Preferred Profile:

• Litigation-focused background with court appearance experience
• Strong drafting skills for pleadings and legal opinions
• Client-handling and advisory experience
