Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Adviser based in Bhopal. The Legal Adviser will be responsible for providing legal advice and support, preparing legal documents, and addressing legal compliance matters. The role includes addressing labor and employment law concerns, resolving legal issues, and collaborating with teams to ensure adherence to legal regulations. The successful candidate will also draft and review legal contracts and policies, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Law and Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and providing Legal Advice
• Proficiency in addressing Legal Issues and ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex legal documents and provide sound recommendations
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and research capabilities
• Experience in corporate legal practices and handling legal matters in a business environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Law; LLB or equivalent qualification is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
