Position Details

• Role: Legal Advisor
• Language: Punjabi (Mandatory)
• Shift: Day Shift
• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Week Offs: 4 rotational offs per month

Key Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice on company operations and compliance matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Handling legal notices, replies, and correspondence
• Coordinating with external advocates and legal consultants
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, labor regulations, and statutory requirements
• Supporting management in legal risk assessment and dispute resolution

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: LLB / LLM (Qualified Legal Professional)
• Experience: Relevant experience as a Legal Advisor preferred
• Language Skills:
• Punjabi: Fluent (Mandatory)
• English: Preferred

Salary Package

₹40,000 – ₹60,000 CTC per month
(Final salary will depend on skills, interview performance, and previous salary.)
