Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide legal advice to management on hospital operations and policies
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as agreements, MOUs, NDAs, vendor contracts, and employment contracts
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, labor laws, and statutory regulations
- Handle medico-legal cases, notices, and court matters
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal firms, and government authorities
- Manage legal compliance related to licenses, registrations, renewals, and audits
- Handle patient-related legal issues, consent formats, and risk mitigation
Key Skills Required :

Qualifications:
- LLB / LLM (mandatory)
- Registration with Bar Council (preferred)
Experience :
- 2–5 years experience as Legal Advisor / Legal Executive
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, or corporate sector preferred
