Legal Advisor

Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for a Legal Advisor based in Dubai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Legal Advisor will provide expert legal advice, draft and review contracts, handle legal issues, and assist clients in labor, employment, real estate, and corporate matters. Responsibilities also include conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and dispute resolution processes in alignment with UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of law, including commercial, civil, real estate, and corporate legal frameworks
• Skilled in legal document preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and settlements
• Experience in resolving legal issues and providing precise, actionable legal advice to clients
• Knowledge of labor and employment law with a capacity to interpret and apply UAE regulations effectively
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent qualification; admission to practice law in the UAE is advantageous
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
