Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters relevant to Saudi Arabia.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.

Monitor changes in legislation and regulations affecting the business, and proactively advise management on potential impacts.

Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings with external parties, including government authorities and regulatory bodies.

Conduct legal risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential legal exposures.

Support internal teams with legal training and awareness initiatives to promote compliance and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal input on business initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.

Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel as required for specialized legal matters.

Prepare and maintain accurate legal records, reports, and documentation.

Ensure the company's operations adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in Saudi Arabia.

Minimum of 6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

Proven track record in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law.

Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian legal system, business laws, and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Arabic preferred.

Demonstrated ability to provide practical legal solutions in a fast-paced business environment.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Willingness to be based in Saudi Arabia and work onsite as required.
