Legal Advisor - Lawyer

Experienced Legal Advisor to handle all legal matters related to the operations of an automobile dealership in the UAE. UAE Civil, Corporate/Commercial legal matters, and Labour laws, hands-on experience in company legal matters, court cases, labor disputes, cheque bounce cases, and contract management & independently manage legal risks and compliance. • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) –Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Legal Advisor in the UAE
• Handle all types of notary works, legal attestations, and documentation. Manage company legal matters, disputes, and court cases
• Manage all labour-related legal matters, including disputes, complaints, and MOHRE cases
• Draft, review, and vet sales contracts, agreements, MOUs, and legal documents
• Liaise with government departments, courts, notary public, and legal authorities
• Maintain proper legal records, case follow-ups, and documentation

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
