Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide legal advice on company matters, contracts, and regulatory compliance</li><li>Draft, review, and revise legal documents and agreements</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations</li><li>Liaise with government authorities when required</li><li>Support management with legal insights and risk mitigation</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; UAE admission is an advantage</li><li>Proven experience as a Legal Advisor in the UAE</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Commercial Law &amp; relevant regulations</li><li>Excellent communication and drafting skills</li><li>Arabic speakers and UAE-based candidates are preferred</li><li>Immediately available candidates will be prioritized</li></ul>Interested applicants may send their CV to hr@alrams.comJob Type: Full-time
