Legal Advisor – Real Estate Developer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary

The Legal Advisor will be responsible for handling all legal and compliance matters related to real estate development, ensuring adherence to UAE laws, DLD/RERA regulations, and safeguarding the company’s legal and commercial interests. The role requires strong expertise in property laws and the ability to support business operations, transactions, and dispute management. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory to support client and stakeholder interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on all aspects of real estate development including sales, leasing, construction, and asset management
• Draft, review, and negotiate SPAs, MOUs, lease agreements, contractor agreements, and consultancy contracts
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and other UAE regulatory authorities
• Handle Oqood registration, escrow compliance, and regulatory documentation
• Liaise with government authorities, trustee offices, and external legal consultants
• Manage legal documentation, approvals, and statutory filings for projects
• Advise management on legal risks, mitigation strategies, and dispute resolution
• Handle client disputes, claims, notices, and litigation in coordination with external counsel
• Support sales and CRM teams with legal clarifications and transaction structuring
• Ensure corporate compliance, including trade licenses, POAs, board resolutions, and company records
• Assist in M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
• Draft and review policies, internal agreements, and other legal documents required for business operations
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law in coordination with HR
• Maintain proper legal MIS, documentation, and audit readiness

• Fluency in Hindi, Arabic and English (mandatory)

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in real estate/legal advisory within UAE
• Prior experience working with a real estate developer or law firm handling property matters
• Strong exposure to property transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute handling

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
