Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
o Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements including:
Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
Statements of Work (SOWs)
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Confidentiality Agreements
IT and ITES-related contract
o Primarily, drafting, vetting, and negotiating various types of IT and ITES-related agreements, Non-disclosure/ Confidentiality agreements, Master Service Agreements and related agreements.
o Ensure contracts are compliant with applicable laws and aligned with business objectives.
Legal Advisory:
o Provide timely and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on:
Employment law and workplace matters
Statutory and regulatory compliance across geographies
Risk mitigation strategies
o The responsibility is to provide legal advice and opinions on a host of issues pertaining to day-to-day operations of the company and its initiatives.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
Global Support:
o Support business operations in North America, Europe, and LATAM regions.
o Provide advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of topics including employment matters, statutory & regulatory compliance matters across geographies. Work closely with all functional groups.
o Stay updated on international legal developments and ensure compliance with local laws.
Stakeholder Engagement:
o Independently interact with managers and leaders across all levels of the organization.
o Build strong relationships with internal teams to proactively address legal issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) preferred.
8+ years of relevant experience in corporate legal advisory, preferably in IT/ITES sectors.
Strong understanding of international contract law and employment regulations.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across time zones.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,800.72 - $105,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dallas, TX 75201
