Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all legal matters, contracts, and regulatory compliance

2. Lead internal auditing, risk management, and governance processes

3. Partner with academic and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations

Ideal Candidate:

1. LLB + MBA with 10+ years in legal/compliance roles (higher ed experience a plus)

2. Strong knowledge of UGC/AICTE regulations, auditing standards, and university governance

3. Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills
