Job Title: Legal and Contract Verification Specialist

Job Purpose
The Legal and Contract Verification Specialist is responsible for ensuring the company’s contracts, agreements, and related legal documents comply with UAE laws, internal policies, and industry regulations. The role supports risk mitigation by conducting detailed contract reviews, safeguarding the company’s legal interests, and supporting cross-functional teams with legal compliance in the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Contract Review & Verification
- Review, draft, and verify contracts, MoUs, NDAs, purchase agreements, service contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Ensure all contractual terms comply with UAE Federal Laws, Abu Dhabi local regulations, and relevant industrial standards.
- Identify risks, inconsistencies, and ambiguities in contract clauses and propose revisions or safeguards.
- Verify vendor, supplier, and customer documentation required for contract execution.
2. Legal Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE commercial, labor, environmental, and manufacturing-related laws.
- Ensure company policies and operational procedures align with applicable legal requirements.
- Support regulatory compliance relating to manufacturing licenses, permits, certifications, and industrial safety standards.
3. Coordination & Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with procurement, operations, finance, and HR teams to ensure contracts meet operational and commercial needs.
- Liaise with external legal counsel when needed and coordinate legal submissions or follow-ups.
- Support internal teams in understanding legal obligations and contract terms.
4. Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts, amendments, and legal correspondence.
- Develop and update contract templates, checklists, and standard legal documents.
- Ensure secure storage of sensitive legal documents in compliance with company data policies.
5. Risk Management & Legal Advisory
- Conduct risk assessments for new contracts, vendors, and business transactions.
- Advise management regarding potential legal or compliance issues.
- Support dispute resolution, contract claims, and termination procedures when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or related legal discipline; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 3–7 years of experience in contract review or legal advisory, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of UAE Civil Code, Commercial Law, Labor Law, and relevant manufacturing regulations.
- Experience working with procurement and supply chain contracts is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
