We seek a dedicated Legal Assistant who thrives in a team-oriented environment and values building meaningful professional relationships. The ideal candidate will be:

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Adaptable and moldable - eager to learn our processes and grow with us

Team-focused with strong interpersonal skills

Empathetic in client interactions

Open-minded and willing to take on varied responsibilities

Experience & Skills

Few years of legal experience preferred

Proficiency in Tabs3/Practice Master software (or willingness to learn)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Common sense approach to problem-solving

Experience with legal correspondence and document preparation

Position Details

Full-time: 40 hours per week

Location: In-person at our Saint Louis office
