Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Assistant to support our attorneys in daily operations. Prior immigration law experience and bilingual skills are highly preferred, as many of our clients come from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys.
• Work with the attorneys on preparing cases to be filed.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and government agencies.
• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines.
• Assist with client intake and preparation of case materials.

Qualifications:

• Prior immigration law experience preferred.
• Bilingual required (Spanish strongly preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
