Legal Assistant

Overview
Hardee Piñol & Kracke is a well-established and growing family law firm located in Boise, Idaho. We’re known for providing compassionate, effective representation to our clients during some of their most challenging moments. We’re currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our attorneys and ensure our office runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and court dates
• Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, legal documents, and pleadings (under attorney and paralegal supervision)
• Assist with preparation and organization of mandatory disclosures, discovery responses, trial exhibits, and trial binders
• Maintain and organize case files, both electronic and hard copy
• Handle client communication with professionalism and confidentiality
• File documents with the court (electronic and in-person, as required)

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software (Clio experience preferred but not required)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous law office or administrative assistant experience preferred (family law experience a plus)
• Ability to interact with clients compassionately and professionally during stressful situations

Mon – Thurs: 9:00am–5:00pm
Fri: 9:00am–1:00pm
