  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates, responding to all queries (via WhatsApp, email, and phone) promptly, and managing communication and follow-up schedules.
  • Legal Coordination & Support: Manage the workflow and schedules for the three branch lawyers, ensuring they are prepared for meetings, deadlines, and court submissions.
  • Legal Process Execution: Efficiently prepare, submit, and file necessary legal documents with relevant Dubai courts and government entities, demonstrating a strong understanding of local procedures.
  • Administrative & Operational Management: Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch, including managing client files, drafting basic correspondence in Arabic, and coordinating internal team logistics.

As a legal assistant, the primary mission will be to ensure our clients receive timely, professional, and accurate updates, effectively eliminating follow-up and communication issues. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client support.
