Part-Time Legal Assistant (Personal Injury) – 3-Month Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

A small tight knit personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Legal Assistant to join the team on a 3-month temporary basis with the possibility of permanent, full time hire. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience supporting personal injury cases.

Position:

Part-Time Legal Assistant
Schedule: Flexible part-time hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Mon - Fri
Term: 3-month temp-to-hire
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, depends on experience
Location: Remote, but must reside in the Denver area for occasional in-person events, errands, or meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily management of client files and firm admin
• Draft correspondence, demands, and routine legal documents
• Manage medical records requests and organize incoming records
• Support attorneys and paralegal with various administrative and case-related tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
• Must be located in Denver or surrounding areas
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively and independently
• Familiarity with legal case management software is a plus (Casepeer preferred)
