Legal Assistant

Fast paced law office is seeking an experienced legal assistant.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Efficient at multi-tasking
• Detail oriented
• Customer service oriented
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Experience with MS Outlook preferred
• Legal experience required.
• Experience using Clio a plus

Duties:

• Answer telephones and take messages
• Monitor and check voicemail
• Manage calendar
• Maintain case list
• Manage billing
• Send, receive and sort mail
• Open and close electronic and physical client files.
• Order supplies
• Manage and sort electronic files
• Create and send client engagements
