Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our Legal Manager in various legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Review: Support the Legal Manager in reviewing contracts related to lease, retail, wholesale, and principals.

2. Compliance and Risk Management: Coordinate with other departments to ensure legal compliance, follow-up, and risk management.

3. Legal Cases: Support the Legal Manager in preparing legal cases and communicating with the company's legal counsel.

4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records, case files, and documentation, including tracking of agreement renewals.

5. Department Operations: Support the Legal Manager in day-to-day operations of the department.

6. Cheque Return Cases: File cheque return cases with police and court and follow up on the same.

7. Perform any tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in law

- 2-3 years of experience in a legal department or law firm

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
