We are in need of a Legal Assistant who is fluent in Spanish and English. The legal assistant will be responsible for preparing court filings with minimal supervision, communicating extensively with clients, managing their own deadlines, and performing other functions assigned by management.

We need someone who is professional, highly organized, punctual and has sharp attention to detail. We want someone who is self-motivated and demonstrates disposition in helping other team members.

Ability to Commute:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in data entry and order entry
- Ability to proofread documents for errors
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
