Legal Assistant

LEGAL ASSISTANT POSITION

Elam & Burke P.A. is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant with 3–5 years of experience to join our team.

This role supports attorneys across a range of responsibilities, including client communication, electronic filing, calendar coordination, document preparation and drafting, and file management. You may also assist with matters spanning multiple practice areas, giving you the opportunity to stay engaged and build a well-rounded skill set.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent client service, communicates clearly and professionally, and produces accurate, detail-oriented work. The ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines is key. Strong proofreading skills and a proactive, responsive approach will set you apart.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule available after initial training.
