<Responsibilities>
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorney, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Draft, review, proofread, and finalize legal documents and correspondence with precision.
- Organize and maintain case files using document management systems like NEOS and other legal case management software; ensure accurate data entry and filing.
- Perform clerical duties including answering phones with professional etiquette, managing emails, transcribing recordings, and handling general office correspondence.
- Maintain firm operating account and trust account with Quickbooks software.
<Requirements>
- Experience as a Legal Assistant and familiarity with practice areas such as personal injury law is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, proofreading, transcription, and document review processes.
- Exceptional communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette; ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately while managing filing systems both digitally and physically.
- Administrative experience supporting attorneys or executive staff; capability to handle clerical tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
