Legal Assistant / Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

The Legal Assistant / Administrative Assistant supports lawyers and legal teams by preparing documents, managing case files, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The role requires knowledge of legal procedures as well as strong administrative and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and court filings
  • Maintain and organize case files, both physical and digital
  • Schedule meetings, court dates, and appointments for attorneys
  • Handle correspondence with clients, courts, and other parties
  • Perform legal research and gather case-related information
  • Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document tracking
  • Answer phone calls and emails, providing professional customer service
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Pay: QAR70,000.00 - QAR118,000.00 per year
