Legal Assistant / Case manager ( 1+ yrs Exp Req)

An established Denver Plaintiff’s law firm is looking for a pleasant & reliable person to fill the position of Mass Tort Case manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Assists clients over the phone with case management updates and issues.

Order & review records, file documents, track important case dates and requirements.

Save and file incoming documents in case folders; sends outgoing documents requesting medical records, bills, insurance information, etc. Performs related follow-up tasks. Chronicles case files with every new action or activity.

Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Maintains client confidentiality by keeping client/attorney information private.

Other duties and tasks as assigned by Management staff.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
