Legal Assistant – Case Resolutions Manager

Status: Full-Time, On-Site (Monday–Friday)
Hybrid Option: Eligible for 1 remote day per week after 90 days
Compensation: $20.50 per hour

What You’ll Do

As a Case Resolution Manager on our End of Case Team, you will ensure the smooth and timely conclusion of cases. Responsibilities include:

  • Case Resolution: Oversee closure of withdrawn or settled cases.
  • Caseload Management: Track deadlines, coordinate with attorneys, and manage documentation.
  • Client Advocacy: Provide support by phone and in person, delivering exceptional service.
  • Administrative Duties: Draft high-volume correspondence and maintain trust account compliance.

What to Expect

  • Office Environment: On-site in Murray, Utah, with hybrid eligibility after 90 days.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams.
  • High-Volume Operations: Manage multiple cases daily with strong organizational skills.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
