Responsibilities and Duties:
- Draft documentation daily
- Provide comprehensive executive level administrative support to a docket of multiple attorneys
- Manage calendars and keeping track of meeting information and timelines accurately
- Manage all levels of communication, and provide document review
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of related administrative experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Adobe, Lexis Advance
- Experience in E-filing in Federal and State Courts
- Experience in PC Law a plus
- Experience with prioritizing work and managing high volume workflow
- Ability to compose, edit and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Strong proofreading skills and overall continual attention to detail
- Ability to interact with clients, opposing counsel, and individuals at all levels of the organization
