Legal Assistant (Full-Time)

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Draft documentation daily
  • Provide comprehensive executive level administrative support to a docket of multiple attorneys
  • Manage calendars and keeping track of meeting information and timelines accurately
  • Manage all levels of communication, and provide document review

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of related administrative experience in a legal or professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Adobe, Lexis Advance
  • Experience in E-filing in Federal and State Courts
  • Experience in PC Law a plus
  • Experience with prioritizing work and managing high volume workflow
  • Ability to compose, edit and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Strong proofreading skills and overall continual attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with clients, opposing counsel, and individuals at all levels of the organization

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)
