Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm
seeks experienced pre-suit Legal Assistant
to fill this position for our Boca Raton office.

Responsibilities include contact with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters and others. Opening claims with insurance companies, keeping clients appraised of their case, securing all medical records and other documents necessary to move case towards conclusion.

The ability to handle multiple tasks is critical as is the following
up on obtaining treatment records, bills, balances and liens.

We are seeking a candidate who can timely and without prompting
follow up on obtaining the documentation necessary to move a case
from beginning to conclusion.

This position involves the daily interaction with clients, doctors offices
and insurance companies.

Knowledge of the various forms of insurance coverage, the types of
liens that can be asserted and medical treatment terminology is helpful.

Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish and English).

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
