Case Manager – Personal Injury (Pre-Litigation)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Case Manager to support our personal injury pre-litigation team. The ideal candidate will manage client treatment progress, coordinate medical care, obtain and organize medical records, and help move cases efficiently toward resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation process.
- Monitor client medical treatment and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate appointments and communicate with medical providers as needed.
- Request, track, and obtain medical records, bills, and treatment updates.
- Maintain organized and accurate case files, summaries, and documentation.
- Assist attorneys by preparing case materials, drafting correspondence, and updating case management systems.
- Identify gaps or delays in treatment and proactively address them with clients and providers.
- Provide empathetic, consistent client support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience in personal injury, medical case management, or a similar legal/medical administrative role preferred.
- Strong understanding of personal injury workflow, medical terminology, and records retrieval.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to juggle a high caseload while maintaining accuracy.
- Proficiency with case management software and standard office applications.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
