Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of legal documents and contracts
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, organizing, docketing and managing documents
- Transcribe legal documents, correspondence, and memos
- Answer phone call and provide excellent phone etiquette to clients and colleagues
- Proofread legal documents for accurancy and completeness
- Assist with document management systems and ensure proper filing and retrieval of information
Requirements:
- Legal Assistant experience preferred
- Proven experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficent in data entry and document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
