Office Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a full-time Legal Assistant / Paralegal to support our litigation team. This role is critical to the successful handling of personal injury cases from intake through trial. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, from case inception to trial
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
• Schedule depositions, hearings, client meetings, and other case-related events
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely filings
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred
• Prior legal or personal injury experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software a plus
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
